Quarter-Lease Package – $595/month
Includes up to 7 group/semi-private lessons per month and one horsemanship session with Pat Lambert on one specific horse. (Lessee may choose to upgrade their lease package to include private lessons – $650/month.)
The package includes SF provided, designated tack for your Quarter-Lease horse. It also includes all lease fees for SF schooling shows.
All lessons must be taken within the calendar month they are purchased, package expires each month on the last day of the month, no refunds and no makeups. If any given group/semi-private lesson fails to make the Lessee will NOT be up charged for a private lesson.
Lessee has their choice of any available horse, however no more than 4 Quarter-Leases will be allowed on any one horse at one time. All horses are first come first served. We do require students make a minimum 3 month commitment to begin a Quarter-Lease on one of our horses. Once all Quarter-Lease spots are filled on any given horse, that horse will be removed from the lesson rotation for other riders.
***Please Note Quarter Lease horses will not be permitted to jump higher than 2’6” for their wellbeing.***

We do not offer any public boarding to non-lesson program/training/showing horses or pasture board.

BOARDING

All board horses receive 2x daily feeding, 2x daily stall cleaning, daily turnout (weather permitting), daily hoof picking, winter blanketing and a natural fly prevention system. All boarders are allowed to use both arenas, both round pens and the trails, barring any safety issues. Specific amenities for each barn are listed below.

Main Barn: $875/month*. Includes use of the tack room, H/C water wash racks. Main Barn horses receive an hour in the exerciser each day in addition to their turnout and 2 one hour turns when weather does not permit turnout.

Creekside Barn: $725/month**. Includes use of the tack room in the green barn and wash racks. Creekside Barn horses receive an hour in the exerciser in lieu of turnout on bad weather days.

Hillview Barn: $635/month***. Includes use of the tack shed and wash racks. When possible, Hillview horses are turned out in the outdoor round pen in lieu of their paddocks on bad weather days.

A board deposit is charged and held for all boarders, it is NOT last month’s board but is fully refundable only after your horse’s departure and your final invoice has been paid.

***Board prices for all barns above reflect an expectation that every client will participate in some form in the lesson/training/show program each month. In the months when a boarder has not met and is not scheduled to meet, the 4 services/mo minimum, training rides will be performed on your horse to reach your limit by SF staff.

Training/Lesson Packages for boarders only:

The training packages begin on and are billed at the beginning of the month. Boarders with packages are welcome to take additional lessons and receive additional training rides at the boarder rates above. All Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons are billed at their published rate above and are not included in the training package (please note, group and semi-private lessons are not guaranteed to make and will be billed at the private rate if only 1 rider attends)

Full Training Package – $995/month
Includes 10 lessons per month and unlimited training rides. Training rides will be prescribed at the sole discretion of Laura, and performed by Laura and/or her assistants as needed. One monthly horsemanship/ground lesson with Pat included. Horses on the full training package will be maintained in show-ready condition, including ear/nose/mane/tail grooming. Administration of any monthly meds and holding animals for routine vendors also included (ie Farrier, vet) The cost of vendor services, medications and medical supplies is not included.

Lesson Package – $595/month

Training Package – $495/month
Includes 10 training rides per month. All rides will be performed within the calendar month they are purchased, package expires each month on the last day of the month, no refunds and no makeups.

Horse Show/Clinic Services/Grooming Services
All board horses are required to be maintained in a basic hunter/jumper fashion even when not showing, if grooming is not performed by the owner or already included in a package, grooming will be performed and invoiced at SF’s discretion as necessary for the wellbeing of the horse and rider. For example, a horse may be body clipped in the winter even if it is not scheduled to show for its welfare during and post rides.
